Steps to delete your data
Follow these steps in order:
-
Clear app data on your device. Nado TV no longer stores a saved videos list. If you want to
erase local runtime data, go to Settings → Apps → Nado TV → Storage and tap
Clear data (wording may vary by manufacturer).
-
Disable notifications (optional). You can turn off notifications from your device settings
at any time.
-
Uninstall the app (optional). Removing Nado TV from your device deletes local app data.
-
Email us for anything you cannot do in the app. Send a message to
help@nadotv.org
with the subject line “Nado TV — Data deletion request”. Include your Google Play account
email (if relevant) and a short description of what you want removed. We will respond within a reasonable
time and only ask for information needed to verify your request.
What is deleted vs kept
Deleted when you delete items in the app or clear app data / uninstall:
- Local app data and preferences stored on your device by Nado TV.
Processed by third-party services (not stored in a “Nado TV account”):
-
Push notifications use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Google may process technical identifiers
needed to deliver notifications, under
Google’s policies.
Stopping notifications, clearing app data, or uninstalling limits new data tied to that install.
-
Ads in Nado TV are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device-related identifiers and ad delivery
metadata under
Google AdMob policies.
-
When you play a video, the remote host may receive technical data (for example connection logs) under its
own policy; Nado TV does not control those servers.
Retention: Data kept only on your device remains until you delete it in the app, clear app
data, or uninstall. We do not require you to keep an account; there is no separate “Nado TV” login database
for this app. Email support requests are kept only as long as needed to complete your request and meet legal
obligations, then deleted or anonymized where applicable.
Google Play listing: Use the public URL of this page (for example
https://nadotv.org/delete-data.html after you upload this file to your site) in the
“Delete data URL” field in Play Console so users can find these steps from your store listing.
